Not every painting job is a whole-house repaint. Sometimes it's a fence that's peeling, a deck that needs oiling before summer, or a concrete floor that needs a proper coating. We do these jobs as standalone services, or combined with a larger exterior or interior job for a better outcome and a single quote.
Spray application is often the right method for fences, gates, and large flat surfaces — it's faster and produces a more even finish than brush or roller on those surfaces. We use airless spray equipment and mask all adjacent areas before any spray work begins.
Fence & gate painting
Timber, Colorbond, and hardwood fences. Spray-applied for an even finish. We clean and treat mould first, prime bare timber, then apply two coats of exterior fence paint or stain in your chosen colour. Gates done at the same time.
Deck staining & oiling
Decks on the Sapphire Coast take a beating — UV, salt air, and wet winters. We clean, sand back any rough grain, and apply penetrating deck oil or semi-transparent stain to the species you have. We'll tell you honestly if the deck needs board replacements before staining.
Timber staining
Feature timber, cladding, pergolas, and exposed beams. We prep the surface, strip old failing coatings where needed, and apply a penetrating stain or solid colour to protect and restore the timber. Good for heritage homes and character properties.
Floor coatings
Concrete garages, laundries, and utility areas. We degrease, acid-etch where needed, and apply epoxy or polyurethane floor coatings for a durable, washable surface. Slip ratings and finishes matched to the application.
Pressure cleaning
Before any exterior paint job, the surface gets a proper wash. We also offer pressure cleaning as a standalone service — driveways, paths, house exteriors, decks, and fences. Removes mould, lichen, salt deposits, and general grime.
Mould & stain treatment
Eaves, south-facing walls, and shaded areas are common mould spots on the Sapphire Coast. We treat mould at the source before painting — not just paint over it. Standalone mould treatment available if you're not ready for a full repaint.
Combining specialty work with a larger job.
If you're getting an exterior repaint, adding fences, decks, and gates to the same quote is usually the most cost-effective approach — we're already set up, the prep work overlaps, and you get a single fixed price for everything. Ask about combining services when you book your quote assessment.

We come out and look at what you've got — timber condition, mould extent, surface type, what prep is actually needed. The assessment is free and it's what makes the quote accurate.

Fixed-price quote in writing: product, method, prep scope, surfaces covered, and total. No verbal estimates that change at invoice time. You know what you're getting before we start.
Prep first
We clean, treat, sand, and prime before any coating goes on. For spray work, all adjacent surfaces and plants are masked before we start. Proper prep is the difference between five years and ten.
Clean finish, workmanship guarantee
Full clean-up on completion. Workmanship guarantee in writing. If anything isn't right, we come back and sort it — that's in your quote too.
